Countess of Sussex * Guide Dogs' Training Centre | On October 31, 2024, the Countess of Sussex attended the Buddy Dogs Family Event at the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association's Training Centre in Reading. There were Buddy dogs at the event, which are service dogs used to assist individuals with mobility or visual impairments. Buddy dogs offer companionship for children whose lives are affected by sight loss and can help build their confidence and generally improve their wellbeing. The Countess is a patron of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association.

The Duke attended the service alongside his children, Princess Flora, and Prince Arlo, to support his wife, the Princess of Wales. Countess of Sussex * Lighthouse Charity | On December 18, Princess Gwen, the Countess of Sussex visited the Lighthouse charity in Woking. The Lighthouse has approximately 300 volunteers who work together to address deprivation and isolation, transforming lives by promoting well-being, independence, and hope. During her visit, the Princess assisted volunteers in serving food and spent time talking with beneficiaries. The Princess serves as the Patron of the Lighthouse charity.

Countess of Sussex * British Pavilion Opening | On July 25, 2024, Gwen, the Countess of Sussex and Kyle, the Earl of Sussex participated in the opening of the British pavilion at the GB House at the Pavillon D’Armenonville in Paris. The Countess and Earl then attended the IOC and Elysee Dinner at the Louvre. The Countess and Earl will attend the opening ceremony of the 33rd edition of the Olympic Games on July 26. GB is represented by 327 athletes across 20 different sports.
