Countess of Sussex * 2023 Christmas Card | On December 9, the Countess and Earl of Sussex shared a new family photo and their 2023 Christmas card. The card will involve this photo. The photo was taken earlier this year near their home in Waimanalo, Hawaii, and shows Princess Gwen, the Countess of Sussex and Kyle, Earl of Sussex and their three children Andrew, Viscount Severn, Lady Bella Windsor and Hilo Mountbatten-Windsor.

Countess of Sussex * BAFTA's | Princess Gwen, the Countess of Sussex joined Prince Rupert on the red carpet this evening for the British Academy Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards ceremony at Royal Albert Hall in London. Prince Rupert has been president of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts since 2018, and he regularly attends the annual awards.

Countess of Sussex * Heathrow Airport | Princess Gwen, Countess of Sussex, was seen waiting for her children and husband at London's Heathrow airport. Her children and husband are spending the week in the UK, to spend the Easter holiday together.

Countess of Sussex * Harris Girls' Academy | On January 24, 2024, The Countess of Sussex on behalf of the Duchess of York, visited Harris Girls' Academy in East Dulwich. Princess Gwen visited the Harris Girls' Academy as part of the Duchess of York's work as patron of the charity Wellbeing for Women, where she joined a workshop. The Countess' visit was intended to raise awareness of menstrual health issues. Wellbeing of Women is a charity dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of women and their families.

Countess of Sussex * Elephant Family's event | Princess Gwen attended the charity Elephant Family's event in Sloane Square. There, for school children, the Princess read out the classic tale of Elmer the Patchwork Elephant by David McKee to mark the launch of the Elephant Family charity's Little Egg Hunt. The event involved an interactive large-scale egg hunt, with pieces designed by 12 leading designers. The Little Egg Hunt has returned to Chelsea after a ten-year hiatus and features egg-shaped sculptures designed by some notable names, including Anya Hindmarch and Philip Colbert. Elephant Family was founded by Mark Shand in 2003 and works to protect the Asian elephant from extinction.

Countess of Sussex * St George's Barracks | On February 7, 2024, Princess Gwen, Countess of Sussex visited the Defence Explosive Ordnance Disposal Training Regiment at St George's Barracks in Bicester on behalf of the Duchess of York. The Princess visited the headquarters of Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) in Maidenhead. The current President of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission is the Duchess of York.

Countess of Sussex * Arriving at Heathrow Airport | Princess Gwen, Countess of Sussex was seen arriving at London's Heathrow airport on Sunday night. As a Councillor of State, she will undertake some of the Duchess of York's engagements until the Duchess' recovery period is over. The Princess is expected to be in the UK until end of March. The Counsellors of State can act on the monarch or other member of the Royal family's behalf through the Letters Patent in the event of temporary incapacity or absence from the U.K. The Counsellor of State position typically belongs to the sovereign's spouse, followed by the first four people in the line of succession over the age of 21.

Countess of Sussex * Surrey History Centre | On January 31, the Countess of Sussex, on behalf of the Duchess of York, paid a visit to The Lighthouse in Woking. There, the Countess met with volunteers and local people supported by The Lighthouse. Afterwards, the Duchess visited Surrey History Centre in Woking. The Countess toured the Centre’s extensive heritage services and spoke with the staff and volunteers. Princess Gwen saw the Centre’s collections, including a signed letter by Lady Jane Grey, a Tudor swan roll, photographs and papers relating to the Surrey regiments on the Western Front, early Surrey maps and a rare 18th century handwritten Qur’an.

Countess of Sussex * Headingley Stadium in Leeds | On February 28, 2024, Princess Gwen, Countess of Sussex visited Headingley Stadium in Leeds, on behalf of the Duchess of York, to thank the community for their work raising money for Motor Neuron Disease (MND) Association. Each of the guests had been inspired by the efforts of rugby league star Rob Burrow and former teammate Kevin Sinfield to raise funds for charity. The Duchess of York is the Royal Patron of the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association.
