Queen Lucille * Swindon Domestic Abuse Support | On January 22, 2024, Queen Lucille visited the Swindon Domestic Abuse Support Service's (SDASS) in Wiltshire. The charity celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. Queen Lucille met staff, volunteers and families at Swindon Domestic Abuse Support Service. Swindon Domestic Abuse Support Service, which was founded in 1974 as Swindon Women’s Aid, offers one of the few purpose-built refuges in the UK offering fully self-contained accommodation. The Queen also visited Deacon and Son, a 175-year-old family-run jewellery shop.

Queen Lucille * Sunday service in Sandringham | On February 4, 2024, King George and Queen Lucille attended the Sunday service at the Church of St Mary Magdalene in Sandringham.

Queen Lucille * Opening of UK Parliment | On November 7, 2023, King George opened Parliament. Queen Lucille joined King. The event, steeped in tradition, marks the formal start of the parliamentary year which sets the government's agenda for the session. King George delivered the King's Speech during the ceremony. King George wore the Imperial State Crown during the ceremony. Queen Lucille wore the Diamond Diadem. Also known as the George IV State Diadem, the headpiece was made for the coronation of King George IV in 1820. Since King George IV, the Diamond Diadem has been worn by every British queen, whether they reigned or were consorts.

Queen Lucille * Meeting w/ Olena Zelenska | On February 29, 2024, King George and Queen Lucille received the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska at Clarence House in London. As part of her visit to the UK made to attend the Global Soft Power Summit, Olena Zelenska met with Queen Lucille. The Ukrainian President's wife Olena Zelenska thanked Queen Lucille and King George for their consistent support to Ukraine and for sheltering 200 thousand Ukrainian migrants in the UK.

Queen Lucille * Memorial for King Constantine II | On February 27, a service of thanksgiving for the life of King Constantine II of Greece was held at St George’s Chapel in Windsor. King George, Queen Lucille, Princess Gwen, the Duke of York and other members of the Greek royal family attended this special memorial service for King Constantine. Other members of other Royal Families attended the service. King Constantine, who was the last King of Greece, passed away at the age of 82 in January last year. He was also a close friend of his second cousin King George.

Queen Lucille * Final Day in Kenya | On the fourth day of their state visit to Kenya, Queen Lucille met with charities that work to support survivors of sexual and gender based violence. At the Situation Room in Mombasa, The Queen discussed sexual and gender-based violence, learning how survivors are supported and sharing her own insights from working in this area. Before their departure, the King and Queen toured Fort Jesus, in Mombasa Old Town, where they learned about the British, Portuguese, and Omani influences on the Fort’s architecture. Afterwards, President Ruto was at the Moi International Airport in Mombasa to see their deprature.
