UBE AND CHEESE ICE CREAM | okay, first and foremost, I LIVE IN THE PHILIPPINES. So ube and cheese is technically a staple ice cream flavor. Ube is a purple sweet potato jam (think yams that are the color purple) and cheese is well…cheese. It seems that a lot of asian countries love the sweet and salty blend for food and I see why, TRY CHEESE ICE CREAM BECAUSE IT IS AMAZING. So yeah, I did cheese and ube :DD
