The Countess of Sussex * World Mental Health Day | Today, The Countess and Earl of Sussex celebrated World Mental Health Day with a special Heads Together event at County Hall and The London Eye on London's Southbank. The theme of this year's World Mental Health Day focused on mental health first aid and the role everyone can play in supporting family & friends. At County Hall, the Royal Couple attended a reception where they met young people who have been helped by one of the eight mental health charities brought together by the royal couple's Heads Together campaign. Following the reception, the royals walked to the London Eye, where they climbed aboard one of the pods with people who had shared their experiences of mental health issues.
