The theme of this year's World Mental Health Day focused on mental health first aid and the role everyone can play in supporting family & friends. At County Hall, the Royal Couple attended a reception where they met young people who have been helped by one of the eight mental health charities brought together by the royal couple's Heads Together campaign.
