Swindon Domestic Abuse Support Service, which was founded in 1974 as Swindon Women’s Aid, offers one of the few purpose-built refuges in the UK offering fully self-contained accommodation. The Queen also visited Deacon and Son, a 175-year-old family-run jewellery shop.

Countess of Sussex * Shout UK | The Countess of Sussex, on behalf of the Duchess of York, visited the Shout headquarters on Wednesday to mark the mental health text service reaching over one million conversations with those in need. Shout is the UK's only 24/7 text messaging support service. It's staffed by thousands of trained volunteers. The service offers free and confidential help for anybody struggling to cope.

Princess Gwen visited the Harris Girls' Academy as part of the Duchess of York's work as patron of the charity Wellbeing for Women, where she joined a workshop.
