2nd week of getting over a flu and a heavy period | Been coming down with a pretty nasty flu for the past couple weeks, made worse with a visit from Aunt Flo. I tested negative twice for COVID, so I just have to ride it out now.

Valentines vibezzzz | So I was actually sick on V day. I had got the flu and we have no idea how.

Trying to stay sane and failing gloriously | It's just that time of the year, you know, you've got the flu, seasonal depression and a crippling anxiety attack.

12/4/23 | sick day. 🤒 Had some body aches, chills, headaches, a fever and a cough. I tested positive for the flu. Taking some time off work to rest and drink lots of water while my body heals. Remeber to take lots of vitamins and go get your flu shot babes!
