Princess Gwen met volunteers and attendees of PACT Southwark's weekly MumSpace group, which provides a welcoming space for local parents to discuss parenting issues and work through any challenges they are facing. Gwen also spent time with the children which she clearly enjoyed.

Princess Gwen visited Yeo Valley Farm and Yeo Valley Organic Garden at Holt Farm in Blagdon. Countess of Sussex * St Michael’s School | On April 26, Prince Rupert, Duke of York and his sister Princess Gwen, headed to Birmingham, in England's West Midlands, on April 25 to see St. Michael’s Church of England High School in Sandwell. They got to see firsthand the work of the Matrix Project, weekly meetings that develop ideas and projects to tackle mental health challenges. . TRH also met representatives of Student Voice to hear about their projects set up at the school to promote positive mental health and joined a workshop with students discussing issues related to well-being, including designing their own calm kits and their dream well-being hub.

Countess of Sussex * National Cycling Centre | On February 23, Princess Gwen, the Countess of Sussex, on behalf of the Duchess of York, attended the opening day of The British Cycling National Track Championships held at the National Cycling Centre in Manchester. The Princess tried adaptive cycling. Run by British Cycling, the centre provides cycling opportunities for disabled people, regardless of age, impairment and ability. During the visit, Princess Gwen met with volunteers from the disability and para-cycling programme The Limitless, and presented jerseys to the newly-crowned national champions. The Duchess of York is Patron of The British Cycling Federation.
