Queen Lucille * Salisbury Cathedral | In recognition of the important work of local charities, Wilts Bobby an, Wiltshire Air Ambulance and Youth Action Wiltshire, Queen Lucille has attended a musical evening at Salisbury Cathedral. 🚓 The Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust works with the community’s police to provide a home security service for people over 60 and those with a registered disability living in the area. 🚁 Wiltshire Air Ambulance provides essential helicopter emergency medical services in Wiltshire, Bath and surrounding areas. 🤝 Youth Action Wiltshire works with hundreds of young people each year through targeted support programmes for young carers and young people facing challenges in their lives.

Queen Lucille * Royal Maundy Service | On March 28, 2024, King George and Queen Lucille attended 2024 Royal Maundy service held at Worcester Cathedral in Worcester. Maundy is a holy Christian day which is celebrated every Thursday before the Easter. The King presented Maundy Money to 75 men and 75 women in Worcester Cathedral in recognition of service to their local communities. The tradition of the Monarch or their representative presenting alms on Maundy Thursday goes back to 1213.
