Queen Lucille * The Royal Variety Performance | On the 23rd of November, King George and Queen Lucille attended The Royal Variety Performance in aid of the Royal Variety Charity, held in the Royal Albert Hall. The Royal Variety Performance is an annual event held in support of the Royal Variety Charity. This charity aids members of the entertainment industry through a nationwide grants scheme, providing assistance to those who have worked professionally in the entertainment sector, especially during these challenging economic times.​

Queen Lucille * Royal Ascot Ladies Day | On June 20, 2024, King George, Queen Lucille, Princess Gwen, and other members of the Royal family attended Ladies Day on the third day of Royal Ascot 2024 at Royal Ascot Racecourse in Berkshire. Royal Ascot started on Tuesday with the Queen Anne Stakes and will run until Saturday.

Queen Lucille * Gallery of the Royal Collections | On June 19, 2024, The Royal family celebrated the 5th anniversary of King George VII's proclamation. In the evening, the King George's oldest children, Prince Nicolas and Princess Victoria visited the Royal Collections Gallery along with 40 young people from different parts of the UK. King George and Queen Lucille accompanied their children, on the gallery visit.

Queen Lucille * Anniversary Reception for Book Aid | On September 4, 2024, Queen Lucille hosted an anniversary reception at St James’s Palace to mark the 70th anniversary of Book Aid International. The reception, marking Book Aid International’s anniversary at St James’s Palace, was attended by around 100 guests, including the charity’s president, Nigel Newton, and Lady Caroline Simmonds, the daughter of its founder. The Queen has been Patron of Book Aid International since 2022.

Queen Lucille * Arrival of Japanese Royals | Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako of Japan are making a 3-day State Visit to the UK as guests of King George and Queen Lucille. The Duke of York and Princess Gwen welcomed Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako at their hotel in London. Then, the Emperor and Empress were welcomed by the King and Queen in the Royal Pavilion. Following a lunch at Buckingham Palace, the Emperor and Empress visited a special exhibition in the Picture Gallery of items from the Royal Collection relating to Japan.

Queen Lucille * Sydney Harbour | On their final day in Sydney, King George and Queen Lucille visited the iconic Sydney Opera House, alongside Sydney Harbour and the Sydney Harbour Bridge, before attending a Royal Australian Navy Fleet Review and a flypast. The King and Queen met community leaders, volunteers and charity representatives against a colourful backdrop of musical performances. The King and Queen concluded their Australian royal tour before heading to Samoa.

Queen Lucille * Arrival in Australia | On the evening of October 18, the King and Queen arrived at Sydney International Airport and were welcomed by Australian Prime Minister Antony Albanese and Governor-General of Australia Sam Mostyn. King George and Queen Lucille are on a Royal Visit to Australia, a State Visit to the Independent State of Samoa, and attendance at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2024.

Queen Lucille is Patron of the Poppy Factory, which supports members of the Armed Forces community and their families on their journey into employment, helping hundreds of veterans each year.
